Ing. Massimo Pirozzi, Project, Program e Portfolio Manager, autore in¬ternazionale, docente e speaker, ha un’esperienza operativa ultratrentennale in contesti complessi, in settori diversi sia pubblici che privati, e in ambienti sia nazionali sia internazionali, maturata anche come dirigente d’azienda.
Ha una laurea con lode in Ingegneria Elettronica, è Accomplished Author e International Editorial Advisor del Project Management World Journal, ed è membro del Consiglio direttivo e Docente Master accreditato dell’Istituto Italiano di Project Management. È certificato Project Manager Professioni¬sta, Lead Auditor per i Sistemi di Gestione della Sicurezza delle Informazio¬ni, e Mediatore Civile e internazionale Professionista, è Membro del Comi¬tato Tecnico Italiano 3.1 – Finanza ed Appalti – di PIARC (World Road As¬sociation), ed è iscritto all’Albo degli Esperti della Commissione Europea.
È autore di più di 50 pubblicazioni, e ha ricevuto diversi riconoscimenti internazionali, anche da parte di grandissimi nomi del Project Management, come il compianto Russell Archibald, Alan Stretton e Kik Piney. È l’autore del libro The Stakeholder Perspective: Relationship Management to Enhan¬ce Value and Success Rates of Projects, CRC Press, 2019 Boca Raton (FL), USA, versione italiana La prospettiva degli stakeholder. La gestione delle relazioni per aumentare il valore e il tasso di successo dei progetti, Franco¬Angeli, Milano.
Ha partecipato a vari eventi formativi e webinar di ISIPM – incluse le ultime cinque edizioni di PMExpo –, della APM Ticino e del Web Marketing Festival, ed è stato docente in decine di corsi di Project Management e di Gestione Efficace delle Relazioni nei Progetti. Ha collaborato come professore a contratto con la LUISS Business School, nell’ambito dei suoi MBA (in lingua Inglese), e con la LUMSA, nell’ambito del Corso di Laurea in Editoria e Giornalismo

Massimo Pirozzi, MScEng, Project, Program and Portfolio Manager, International Author, Lecturer and Educator, has more than thirty years’ experience in complex contexts, in both public and private sectors, and in both national and international environments, and he has been for many years an ICT Top Manager too.
He has a Master of Science Degree cum laude in Electronic Engineering, he is an Accomplished Author and an International Editorial Advisor of the PM World Journal, and he is a Member of the Board and an Accredited Master Teacher of ISIPM. He is certified as a Professional Project Manager, as a Lead Auditor of Information Security Management Systems, and as a Professional International Mediator, he is a Member of the Italian Technical Committee 3.1 – Finance and Procurement – of PIARC (World Road Association) and he is registered as a European Commission Expert.
He authored more than 50 publications, and he received several International Awards, also by biggest names of Project Management discipline, including the late Russell Archibald, Alan Stretton and Kik Piney.

He participated to several educational events organized by ISIPM – including the last five PMExpo editions –, by APM Ticino and by Web Marketing Festival, and he has been a Teacher in dozens of Courses in Project management and in Effective Stakeholder Relationships Management. He collaborated as an Adjunct Professor with LUISS Business School, in the context of their MBAs in English language, and with LUMSA University, in the context of the degree course in Publishing and Journalism.
