Nuove tendenze del Project Management:
la nuova norma UNI ISO 21502

L’evoluzione normativa internazionale ha di recente prodotto due norme fondamentali di project management, acquisite anche in Italia come UNI ISO 21500 e UNI ISO 21502, di cui in particolare la seconda rappresenta il nuovo framework metodologico di riferimento della disciplina. L’intervento espone in sintesi questa evoluzione e ne descrive i contenuti con particolare focus sulla 21502, che comprende concetti generali, pratiche integrate e 17 pratiche gestionali di project management. ISIPM e ISIPM Professioni hanno partecipato tramite i loro rappresentanti ai tavoli ISO e UNI coinvolti in tale sviluppo normativo, dai quali è derivato l’aggiornamento dei propri percorsi formativi che portano alle qualificazioni ISIPM Base e AV, con la riedizione dei relativi testi, di prossima pubblicazione. In particolare il materiale formativo ISIPM AV è stato completamento aggiornato ed allineato alla nuova UNI ISO 21502, mentre in UNI sono in corso i lavori anche per la riedizione della UNI 11648, posta alla base della certificazione Accredia per la figura professionale di project manager. Le nuove norme hanno consentito di porre le basi di una nuova metodologia di project management, integrata agli stessi percorsi formativi sopra indicato.

The international evolution of project management has recently developed two new ISO standards, also introduced in Italy as UNI ISO 21500 and UNI ISO 21502, the latter particularly representing the new methodological reference on this subject. The speakers trace this development and discuss the contents of the new standards, which include generic concepts, practices for integration and 17 subject disciplines for managing projects. ISIPM and ISIPM Professioni have participated on works for the new standards and have updated the learning curricula for the Intitute’s certifications, i.e ISIPM “Base” and AV (Advanced). The respective texts are also being updated and re-edited. In the meantime works are underway at UNI (Italian Standardization Body) for the revision of UNI 11648, which provides the rulings for the project manager certification by Accredia. Finally, based on the new standards a new project management methodology has been outlined which is also included in the learning paths sponsored by ISIPM.
